Black Sea – a zone of risky farming

On May 23, the season of BASF field days is open for LLC AHK, as the exclusive distributor of VKP “ADOB”. This event took place in the Odessa region, Ovidiopolsky district, p. Dalnik. There is located Agrocenter BASF in the southern region. The weather experienced the participants of the day field endurance. The unimaginable heat was not only on the day of the forum, but according to the farmers of the Black Sea region, the agricultural lands of the southern region of Ukraine were enduring. And rather low temperatures at night alternated with unimaginable heat during the day. But in spite of this, the owners of the AgroCentre perfectly prepared for the event and showed technologies that help business executives to get excellent results in difficult climatic conditions.

From the Agrarian – Chemical Company, as always, were present: a regular at such events – the head of the micronutrient department Vasyuhno S.N., his young assistant Agrochemist AHK Ivan Gordienko and the manager of the Odessa region Sochinsky Oleg. Also, our friendly team was perfectly complemented by Ms. Alexandra Miller, Director of Sales, ADOB in Eastern European countries.

For the fifth year in a row, AHK has been taking part in such events, but has taken part in this Agrocenter for the first time. In the official part the guest from Poland Mrs. Miller spoke. She presented the company ADOB its products and where you can buy microfertilizers in Ukraine. Our team was actively distributing promotional products, informed representatives of the farms of the Odessa region about the characteristics of ADOB fertilizers and application rates. There were about 80-100 people on the forum.

In the picture, though not in a very good perspective, the performance of Alexandra Miller is captured. It should be noted that in some years, such as in 2017, the use of micronutrients has led to excellent results. Kolos LLC received 21ts / ha on Nute while at other farms the results were much more modest – 8-9ts / ha. But for the last two years, the sizzling heat does not allow to cover all areas set aside for agricultural crops at the optimum time of day, and therefore it is not always possible to obtain good results. Although the use of micronutrients in many cases simply saves the plants from unfavorable climatic conditions.

So the slogan suggests itself, Black Sea Coast is a zone of risky farming!

But despite this, the forum was held in a friendly, friendly atmosphere and ended with a magnificent Ukrainian dinner.
